The Beyond Security Scan provides service for any individual or organization that requests it for a host of which they are the registered administrative authority, as defined and enforced by the relevant registrar, or by permission from such an administrative authority. Registrants of the Scanning service must indemnify Beyond Security, of any and all liability for claims made against the vulnerability scans for which the Scanning service is providing. By using this service, registrants are claiming to Beyond Security that they: - Are administrative or responsible for the hosts that they are scanning, - Are not using resources that they do not have the right to use, - Will not violate and are not violating any applicable laws - And that if such violations occur, these violations are the sole responsibility of the registrant and not Beyond Security.
